Maintenance Supervisor Code: Location: Midwest Job Description: Provide leadership and direction to the plant maintenance department responsible for repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment in manufacturing operations. Create and manage the maintenance and stores budgets. Inspect machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. Provide leadership in implementing/maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Manage the buildings and grounds such that GMP is adhered to and a professional appearance is maintained. Requirements: * Degreed in Industrial Management or other technical discipline. * 5+ years experience in maintenance in the food manufacturing industry, extrusion experience is preferred. * 3+ years in a supervising or managing role. * Experience implanting TPM and/or Lean initiatives (TPM, OEE, 5S, Center lining). *Strong computer skills. *Strong working knowledge of Labor Relations, GMP’s, OSHA Safety Regulations, EPA Regulations and other related codes and regulations applying to the operation of a food products factory.
