QA Technologist Code: Location: Northeast Job Description: This is a new position – this company continues to grow and is generating a lot of work! We are looking for someone to participate and support factory teams in work instruction implementation. We are looking for recommendations for improving audit checklists for existing quality system procedures; someone who can perform audits on the quality system procedures, sanitation/GMP audits, product compliance audits and supplier audits as requested. We want someone who will support plant and co-packer operations in problem solving as it relates to food safety product quality and processing procedures. Support complaint source investigation teams. Requirements: *BS in Food Science or related field. *3 or more years of experience in a food plant doing QA work – looking for auditing experience. *Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP, ISO 9001
